- The IT
Services Main Site houses 2 computer labs:
- Lab A / GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
- Lab B
- Access to the IT Services Main Site is through the
library building back entrance.
- Opening hours
- Users are advised to look for vacant workstations
at other public
computer rooms during other hours.
- Note that

- The workstations in these labs have the standard
software indicated here.
The workstations in Lab A also have ArcGIS 9.
- Some workstations are equipped with USB ports
& CD-Writing facilities.
- Monochrome and colour printing facilities are
available in Lab B. Monochrome printing facility is available in Lab A.
The printer in Lab B supports both A4 & A3 printing. Click here
for information about CSC printing facilities.
- Scanning facilities are available in Lab B.
- During particular hours Lab A / GIS may be closed
for public access due to lecture sessions. Accordingly users are
advised to look for vacant workstations at other public
computer rooms.
- Access to these facilities is available to all
staff and university students registered
to use IT Services workstations.
