- IT Services maintains a number of computer workstations for use by staff
and university students having an account with IT Services. The workstations maintained by IT Services offer
use of standard application software packages, e-mail, web browsing,
networked file storage, printing and scanning facilities. Some workstations
offer access to other specialised application software.
- Staff
- Members
of staff can register to use IT Services workstations by filling the form Staff: IT Services Labs Account and forward this to IT Services
Reception desk.
- Students
- University students can apply
online to use IT Services workstations. Students applying
for an IT Services Student Account will also be allocated a university e-mail
address.
- Some facilities may be reserved
for students of specific departments. For access to these facilities, students are
requested to complete the form Access to Departmental
Computer Lab/Resources.
