UNIVERSITY OF MALTA  IT SERVICES  Vacancies: Computer Lab Attendants

The IT Services will be recruiting a number of computer lab attendants to assist in the supervision of computing facilities.

Supervision duties will be required during weekdays from Monday to Friday between 08:30 & 16:30.

• The applicants must be Maltese students following a course in one of the following:
  
  
• Faculty of Education:
  2^nd & 3^rd Years
  
  
• Faculty of Economics, Management & Accountancy:
  2^nd, 3^rd & 4^th Years
  
  
• Faculty of Architecture & Civil Engineering:
  2^nd, 3^rd & 4^th Years
  
  
• Department of Statistics & Operations Research:
  2^nd, 3^rd & 4^th Years
  
  
• Institute of Linguistics:
  2^nd & 3^rd Years
  
  
• Preference will be given to applicants in possession of qualifications in computing (e.g. Intermediate level, A-level, ECDL, MOUS, MCP etc.).
  
  
• The payment rate is €3.50 per hour. A student can work a maximum of 8 hours per week. The posts are available during term time:


• Wed 01-Oct-08 to Fri 16-Jan-09

The labs will be closed during the Christmas recess (Sat 20-Dec-08 to Sun 04-Jan-09)
